.It is safe to say that most of us love the Champagnes from Drappier. These are expressive Cote de Bar Champagnes that are complex and pure. There have been very few Oenotheque releases from Drappier, and the last would have been the '90 Carte d'Or. This 2002 is a blend of 80% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, and 5% Pinot Meunier. Having been on the lees for almost 20 years, and from a tremendous fruit-driven vintage.This Champagne will be a great addition to anyone's cellar. We hope we will have some left so we can try a bottle. Once again, this is the only offer in the USA for this Champagne, and we are not sure if we will see any more of it down the road, so don't miss it!
